At least 3 logs – 1/2 barrel or more of each beer (over 1,000 fest-goers anticipated). We’re happy to feature your flagship beers. If you have a seasonal or a special release, we’re happy to have that as well. Please send your list of beers and prices to email@example.com. We will be paying for beer at wholesale prices. If you choose to donate your beer, we will provide you with a festival receipt for retail value of your product from Value of Sport a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization, registered in New Hampshire.
To participate in the festival, please provide us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance by October 15, 2021. All breweries must provide New Horizons with a certificate of liability insurance.
- Public liability: minimum of Two Million ($2,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury.
- General liability: minimum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) property damage per accident.
- Liquor liability: minimum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury, death and/or property damage.
We would love for you to attend the festival as this will be an amazing time for you to talk with craft beer lovers about your market and your brewery. You will need at least two or three pourers per booth space. We are happy to arrange for a knowledgeable volunteer to assist you, should one be required.
Family & Friends
We are happy to admit up to FOUR family or friends of your brewery in addition to your pourers if you inform us NO LATER THAN October 1, 2021. These individuals cannot pour your beer but are able to work your booth or enjoy the festival. Unregistered guests will not be let into the festival. All guests must sign in and show proper identification.
Brewery Agreement & Checklist
This Brewery Agreement must be completed and submitted before October 1, 2021.
